CORE IDEOLOGY, VALUES AND PURPOSE

Our Core Ideology defines who we are and what we do.  It is a guidepost in all our decisions, business strategies and policies, for our people to be working united and synergistically. 

We exist as a company because we can do many things together that separate individuals cannot. 

We are a dog company, and we produce and develop Superdogs, but it is humans that are the focus of our endeavors and it is they who are the reason we produce and develop these excellent dogs. 

Our clients, the public, our employees, our stakeholders – they are important and we exist because of them. 

We are a company that is beyond profit, and though we know that profit is important to keep us growing, we understand that profit follows a great company with good service and good products.

 Purpose

The Company exists to produce the best animals for the service of humankind.  Our breeding and training principles are not bound by existing rules, but are based on scientific, innovative and creative thinking to actively find better ways to produce the material we need for their particular service.  How we care and train for our puppies and dogs is also a reflection of our working towards this purpose.  Our training for handlers, owners, and educating the public, also reflect the need for the human factor in the use of dogs, working to maximize their effective use.
